Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days.

Please note that shipments or deliveries do not occur on weekends nor holidays. CHEELCARE is not responsible for carriers’ delays. Should we be aware of the possibility of such delays we will communicate this information and propose alternative options.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Default package carrier is CanadaPost.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Upon order processed and boxed, you will receive a shipment confirmation notification and package tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

CHEELCARE is not responsible for any local customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

CHEELCARE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during order shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please document the damages to outer package and/or missing inner content (take detailed pictures).

International Shipping Policy

Shipping location services are limited to Canada and mainland USA. If you want to place and order and you are outside of these territories, please contact us for a shipping quote and estimated delivery time. Default package carrier is CanadaPost.

Please note that CHEELCARE will not ship orders to countries with whom Canada doesn’t have current trade agreements. Please refer to Terms of Service.
